By using THM’s Services, you agree to all the terms outlined below.

- “You” or “Your” refers to you, a user of the platform.
- By using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any supplemental terms that THM makes available to you, which shall form part of these Terms.
- By accessing, using, uploading, or downloading any information or materials to or from the Services, or by indicating your assent to these Terms by creating an account, clicking “sign up,” or any similar mechanism, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
Use of the Services and Your Account
1.1Who Can Use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. No individual under this age limit may use the Services, provide any personal data to us, or otherwise submit personal data through the Services (e.g., name, address, mobile number, or email address).
1.2Registration
To use the Services, you must register with us on our Website or App. You agree to:
- (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself; and
- (b) maintain and promptly update the data provided.
You agree that our Services may use your data to enable us to provide the services you access or use, as set forth in these Terms. If you provide any data that is inaccurate or not current, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such data is inaccurate or not current, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Services.
By using the Services, you represent that you are not barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
1.3Your Account
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password associated with your account and for restricting access to your password, computer, and mobile device while logged into the Services. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or from your computer and mobile devices.
As part of the Service, we collect the following essential customer information: name, email address, picture, gender, phone number, address, height, weight, GPS location, and blood group. The contact information is only used for purposes provided in the privacy policy.
Images you upload as part of registration or for an event will be available to the admin. Such pictures will be used for verification at events.
Please provide us with a secure email address that you can access regularly, as this will be our primary means of contacting you in case of any technical difficulties. Your phone number will be used to contact you to better understand any technical issues you are facing.
1.4Cancellation of Subscription/Deletion of Account
You may delete your account or withdraw your consent by writing to us at trackhousemob@gmail.com.
1.5Service Updates, Changes, and Limitations
Our Services are constantly evolving. With the launch of new services and features, we need the flexibility to make changes, impose limits, and occasionally suspend or terminate certain Services. We may also update our Services, which might not work properly if you do not install the updates.
The Services change frequently, and their form and functionality may change without prior notice to you. We may provide updates (including automatic updates) for certain Services as and when we see fit. This may include upgrades, modifications, bug fixes, patches, and other error corrections and/or new features (collectively, “Updates”). Certain portions of our Services may not operate properly if you do not install all Updates. You acknowledge and agree that the Services may not work properly if you do not allow such Updates.
1.6Security
We care about the security of our users. While we work hard to protect the security of your personal data, user-generated content, and account, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify our support team immediately of any actual or suspected breach or unauthorized access or use of your account.
Ownership and Use of Content
You take full responsibility for participating in events and performing physical activities and do not hold THM or other organizing persons or entities responsible for any injury or accident. Under no circumstances will THM be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content made available on the Services. You agree to bear all risks associated with the use of any content available in connection with the Services, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.
You acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be stored and used by THM or any other associated company in accordance with the privacy policy.
The Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell for any commercial purposes any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to content.
Feedback
We welcome your comments, feedback, suggestions, and other communications regarding the Services and the information and services we make available through the Services (collectively, “Feedback”). If you provide Feedback, you hereby grant THM a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to copy, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display and perform, and otherwise exploit such Feedback, and to use, make, have made, sell, offer for sale, import, and export products and services based on such Feedback. For this reason, we ask that you do not send us any Feedback that you do not wish to license to us as set forth above.
No Warranties
Except as specifically set forth or referenced in this Agreement, there are no representations, warranties, or conditions of either party to this Agreement, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding any matter, including any implied warranties or conditions of quality, safety, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that your participation in the Services is based on your own assessment of the platform and not on any reliance on anticipated or projected results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, availability, or reliability of any of the Services or any content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that:
- the Services will meet your requirements or provide specific results;
- the operation of the Services will be uninterrupted, virus-free, or error-free, or free from other harmful elements; or
- errors will be corrected.
Any oral or written advice provided by our agents or us does not and will not create any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we also make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to content; user-generated content, in particular, is provided by and is solely the responsibility of the users providing that content.
Limitation of Liability
We do not endorse any content submitted or provided by you or any other user on our Services. THM specifically disclaims any responsibility to any person or entity for any loss, damage (including whether actual, consequential, indirect, or punitive), claims, or liability based on any content or Services we provide. We are not liable for various things that could go wrong as a result of your use of the Services. In any event, our liability to you is limited to any amounts we received from you for the provision of the Services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold THM and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, representatives, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services, your use of the Services, your athletic activities that generate the content you post or seek to post on the Services (including, but not limited to, athletic activities in connection with any contests, races, group rides, or other events that THM sponsors, organizes, participates in, or whose Services are used in connection with), your connection to the Services, your violation of the Terms, your violation of any data protection or privacy laws, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Dispute Resolution
The parties shall use their best efforts to settle any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement directly through good-faith negotiations, which shall be a precondition to either party initiating a lawsuit or arbitration. The arbitrator, and not any court, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The arbitrator shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in a court; provided, however, that the arbitrator will not have authority to award damages, remedies, or awards that conflict with this Agreement.
Parties to this agreement will submit all disputes arising under this agreement to arbitration in Bangalore. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding on the parties. This dispute resolution provision will be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Subject to arbitration, the courts of Bangalore shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of your use of our Services.

Event-Specific Terms
Customized BIBs
To receive a customized BIB with your name, please ensure you register at least 15 days before the event date.
Non-Transferable Registration
Registrations with discounted rates are non-transferable. The registered participants must use the BIB assigned to them.
BIB Expo
The BIB Expo will take place one day prior to the event at the designated venue. There will be no BIB Expo on the event day.
BIB Collection on Behalf of Others
If someone is collecting BIBs on behalf of other participants, they must present a consent letter from the registered participants to receive the BIB.
No On-Spot Registration
On-spot registrations will not be available. Participants must register in advance to secure their participation.
BIB Exchange
Participants are not allowed to exchange their timing BIBs with others. Each BIB is unique and should only be used by the assigned participant. Any participant found wearing another participant’s BIB will be disqualified.
Proper Placement of BIB
Participants must wear their BIB on their chest, ensuring it is visible. Wearing the BIB on the back will result in disqualification from the winner’s list.
Email Updates
All event-related updates will be shared via the registered email address.
General Terms
- Use only the application modes suggested on this website to submit your entries.
- Please thoroughly review all relevant information provided on the event website and application form before submitting your application.
- Requests for participation cancellation and refunds will not be entertained.
- The organizers reserve the right to ban participants if they are found to be abusive or behave rudely with the organizers, volunteers, vendors, or third-party contractors during the event.
Entries
- Only individual entries for 42K, 21K, 10K, and 5K shall be accepted.
- Applicants for 42K & 21K must be at least 18 years old as of the event date.
- Applicants for 10K must be at least 14 years old as of the event date.
- Applicants for 5K must be at least 6 years old as of the event date.
Entry Confirmations
- Confirmation of applications received will be subject to the Entry Rules & Guidelines provided herein.
- After the close of registrations, email confirmations and running numbers (BIB/Chest Number) will be sent to all confirmed participants who have provided a valid email address in the registration form.
Registration Status
- Upon successful submission of registration, registrants will receive an email and SMS confirming their registration with a unique booking ID
- Runners will receive an email and SMS with their BIB number and other details closer to the race day.
- Those wishing to confirm their registration status in the interim can email us at trackhousemob@gmail.com.
Race Regulations
- You are to participate only in the race category for which you have applied and for which your entry has been confirmed. Your entry and running number bib and/or bib tag are not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.
- Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with another individual will be disqualified from the Event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the upcoming [2025/2026] edition of any of our events across the country.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from the event/competition who provides incorrect personal data/details on the entry form, who has been banned from competition under IAAF jurisdiction, or who is suspected of having taken banned substances. No refund of the entry fee will be made.
- No result or certificate will be given to runners who do not start their run at the respective start times of the race categories they have been confirmed in.
- Please note that if you tamper with the bib tag in any way or remove/exchange it with another runner, you will not be able to receive an official finish time and thereby the official timing certificate recording your finish times. No Chip, No Timing, No Prize Money.
- No wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race and asked to leave the course.
- Participants are not allowed to run with pets, unregistered runners, or babies/children who are underage for the designated category.
- Participants will not be allowed to enter the event venue with gas balloons.
- To ensure the re-opening of roads by the mentioned time (or as decided by the event organizers), the organizers will designate cutoff times at specified locations. Runners failing to reach these specific locations within the times specified must stick to the footpath to complete their race.
- Only confirmed participants wearing the current EVENT running number bibs will be allowed on the route. Any person found wearing the incorrect bib or no bib will be disqualified and removed by security.
- Every runner must wear their running number bib on the front of their vest. Any mutilation, fold, alteration, or damage to the bib will result in the disqualification of the runner from the Event.
- Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating if they are found medically unfit to continue, in the opinion of the medical personnel.
